A career built on operations
Born and raised in South Africa, I built my career across South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, progressing from engineer to operational leader while pursuing entrepreneurship along the way.
Over the last decade I’ve led operations, projects, people and financial performance across construction, manufacturing and industrial businesses. The experience gave me real operational scar tissue — how to lead teams, improve performance, navigate adversity and own the results.
Alongside my career I’ve co-founded businesses, operated one and successfully exited another. Today I’m focused on acquiring an established Australian business where I can apply that experience, leadership and long-term perspective as an owner.

I live in Brisbane with my wife, Xanthe, our daughter, Mia, and our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Outside of work I enjoy functional fitness, hunting, rugby, reading and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
